So, I am aging, apparently. I crossed that great threshhold on Sunday. No longer a paltry twenty-three, I am a magnificent twenty-four. Heh. Here are pictures.

P.S. Thanks to my guests for a fun time and lovely gin, among other things.

P.P.S. If you are wandering around in a swamp with a wineglass in one hand and a cigar in another, that means you don’t have a hand for the stick you should be using to check under fallen logs for venomous vipers. Safety first, people!

Happy Birthday!

Nathanael,
Scripture is right that we need a stick to beat the serpant’s head. Cigars don’t cut it!
Happy Birthday from Mom & Dad Jones.
We can’t wait to see you all soon!

A stick? I thought it was Mary and Jesus.

A snake almost ate me too when the car broke down last week. The vile black thing was just hanging out in someone’s yard. It is dangerous here.

Hey, glad your sis liked the cover! I thought it would suit, given your description of her taste. It’s a very nice soft fabric too. The check went in yesterday fyi.
