I use Windows Movie Maker, which comes packaged in XP, to compress and edit the .avi files that come off our camera. Then, I go to YouTube, where anyone who has an account can upload film movies that are less than ten minutes long and less than 100 Mb. YouTube then does the converting into Flash and gives you the code to embed the film into your webpage. It’s very simple.
